    Windows 7
    I am always on YouTube watching Tech Lecture videos.

    I use FireFox and the PlugIn VideoDownLoadHelper.

    I Download the Videos and watch them offline whenever I have time.

    I see in the VideoDownloadHelper window it says 1080 .mp4 this is the video size and video Format it will get.

    Is VideoDownloadHelper getting the Original Video and Audio from YouTube?
