Using MSCONFIG (System Configuration Utility)

    This applies to Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.

    Right click the Windows icon in the taskbar and select Run.

    In the Run box, type in msconfig and click OK.

    The system configuration utility will open in a new window.

    Here you will be able to access your Boot configuration, your Services, Startup and Tools.

    In Windows 10, access the Startup items using the Task Manager.
