I'd be delighted if I were to get some help on my laptop, it's been driving me crazy that it keeps going in loops,
After I unplugged my USB mass hard drive from the computer white it was still running and shut it off.
The whole computer wouldn't work the way it usually would,
It gave me a message titled HP Battery Alert
The system has detected the battery capacity to be very low and I should go visit hp.com/go/techcenter/startup to deal with the problem.
But I had a battery attatched and charger plugged in
Then after that it showed the regular HP start up screen which lead too a black screen with a blinking line _
Soon it lead to the screen where i found out the issue which looked like

    Windows Boot Manager
Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to you computer
And how it could be caused by unplugging a removable storage device while in use

It tells me to plug in the USB storage device that was reused then restart, but every single time I do, it leads back to the same thing

    Battery Problem
    HP start up screen
    Black screen
    Then the USB

I'd appreciate the help because I have no clue what to do

    Hi and welcome to CHF

Switch on and constantly tap F8 ( about once per second )
From the list offered - select "Last Known Good Configuration"

    See if this helps.
