Unwanted Picture on Desktop

    I do not know how this got on desktop. How do I get rid of it??? Restart did not do it.

    Screen shot picture was taken with FastStone Capture. Never had the picture stay on the screen though. Only thing else I know to do would be Quick Restore. Picture can't be moved and cannot be closed for the rectangle is too small to show the close "X".

    I ran a System Restore to 5 days ago. It WENT AWAY ! I thought at first I made the window too small and cut off the "x" that closes window -tried capturing larger Window. That did not work.

    I just realized that maybe the reason for my oversized window whare it is too big to see the edges or adjust size is that I am unknowingly accidentally adjusting the window size too large. Can think of no other reason. I find I can push the window up until the top edge does not show. Anyway whatever the causes these things are OK again. These things never happened before in 30 years of computing and 4-5 different computers.
