    HI

Few months back we updated our Exchange 2003 server (windows 2003 Ent SP2)
with latest updates and from that day onwards DHCP client service is not
comming up. As per MS article we provided full permission for DHCP hive in
registry, but still getting error "Access denied".

Can anyone help us to resolve this issue. We noticed this somedays back
    while running EBPA.

    Thansk in Advance

    Regards

In addition to Meinolf's question regarding which article you followed, is
this Exchange server also a domain controller?

    Hi

We resolved this issue by giving full permission for Network Service on
    Parameters hive under DHCP
    (HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dhcp\Parameters)

    Thanks
    Lal
