uBlock Origin Questions

    I recently downloaded the default version of uBlock Origin for firefox. Should i add any of the other uBlock definitions or leave well enough alone?

    Entirely up to you.
    Obviously the more filters you activate, the more that will get blocked.... although you may end up blocking too much.
    The bottom section of filters are region specific .... so if not in one of those areas, you don't really need them activated.
    This is what mine is set to:
