Trying to get laptop + 2 monitors to work

    I have a Lenovo laptop running Windows 11 and from that I run two extra monitors, which I need for my work as need lots of screens open at the same time. My local computer shop (independent, not PC World or one of those) told me it was impossible, but I know it's not.
    Currently, the only way I've been able to do this is to install a little program called XXX USB Display. So, when I start my computer, the laptop and one monitor will start. I click on XXX USB Display and the second monitor starts, allowing me to extend my desktop across all three screens.
    I don't like the sound of XXX USB Display but I've scanned and scanned for malware and so on, but nothing. I've been using the program for about 4 - 5 years with no issue, HOWEVER, I want a better way to run my three screens. Can anyone help please?
    Attached is a graphic of my current set up to see if that helps. I know I'm missing something obvious, but I'm completely self-taught and unsure of what would be best.
