just bought a desktop and when I boot up it won’t show anything except for flashes of red discolored screens. I opened it up and this is what I am looking at. I don’t know if I am missing a card or if it’s a motherboard issue. Would you be able to tell by the picture if something isn’t right?

Hi Gooch V and welcome.Every thing looks like it is there from the picture. If you just bought it and there is a warranty on it I would try that route first. From what you described it could be something with the GPU on the board. Can you try and get in the bios? Most likely hit F2 or Del while booting up to enter the bios.Check to see if onboard video is set.

I would also suggest using your warranty from the looks of how it's wired and configured with 1 stick of ram with no heatspreader, and the motherboard being the Asrock A320 that's it's an Ibuy, or cyberpower (or similar) prebuilt PC with an AMD G series processor APU. If you have an active warranty I would use it.
