Toolbar named Find

I am running windows 8 on an I-5 processor with IE 10.
Recently I have been getting a toolbar popup named Find whenever I try to type ANYTHING anywhere.
If I use Google it intercepts and all the type goes into the find bar. If I type an email or password the same thing happens. It has previous and next as well as Options which offer Match whole word only or Match case.
Have checked everywhere and run all kinds of scans to no avail.
Any ideas

 

Look for it in your Control Panel under Programs and Features. Ir it shows, uninstall. May have to find it in IE under Tools then Manage Add-ons but look at Programs and Features first.
