I have ThunderBird for My E Mail Program.

I just Foundout My E Mail was Still on My Server.

I had to Login and Delete them on the WebSite Server.

Every Time ThunderBird starts it get My E Mail.
How do I make it Download My E Mail and then Delete the Original on My E Mail Server?

I can not Find Keep Copy on Server.

    Can You show Me?

And this will Download them to my System and Delete them from the Server without Me doing it?

    In my version of Thunderbird:

Find your email account on the left pane and right click on it.
You'll see a pop-up context menu. Click on Settings.
In the left hand pane, click on Server Settings.
In the middle area of Server Settings, remove the check mark in the Leave messages on server.

If you do not see Leave messages on server, you may have a "IMAP" account instead of a "POP" account. If you look at the top of the Server Settings window, look at Server type. If it says IMAP, you will not be able to delete messages on the server unless you delete them on your computer. That's a topic to look into IF you have an IMAP account. So let's see how you make out before going down that road.

IMAP is used if you access your computers from various devices. It keeps the email in sync between them. If you want to delete the email from the server, you need to delete it on one of the devices that you use to access the email. Once you do that, it'll be deleted from the server and any device that accesses your email.

Get back to your Server settings.
In the middle section, where it says "When I delete a message", put a check mark in "Remove it immediately".

Now when you delete a message, it will be removed from the server immediately. You won't be able to retrieve it if you delete something accidently.
