terminal server 2008 licensing question

Hello,

Is it possible to register terminal server 2008 licences on DC2003 licensing
service?

To be more clear, We have 2003 domain controller and would like to install
Terminal services on 2008. Would that work together or is it possible to
make transition of domain controller to 2008 AD level?

Hi Mike,

You cannot install 2008 TS licenses on a 2003 TS Licensing
server. What you can do is install 2008 TS Licensing
directly on your 2008 TS--it does not need to be loaded
on a DC.
