I can't get the system reset to work in Windows 10 - it gets toa bout 90 percent then says ' undoing changes ' and says the reset has failed. Does anyone how I can get it to work

    Hello and welcome duncantodd1979,

Sometimes this happens. Try another restore point.

I actually meant system reset rather than restore - the one that resets the computer to factory settings rather than just earlier

Can you see the restore partition in This PC? If so, what is the drive letter associated with it?

Did the system come with Windows 10 or was this an upgrade from a previous version of Windows?

You may want to download the Windows 10 and do an install from the media. This will download the Media Creation Tool.

    Download Windows 10
