Switch user disconnecting dial-up

    I know I know, why dial-up?

    But I still have it and on Vista when my office switches users on an HP Pavillion Slimline 7530 nPC desktop, Vista disconnects our dial-up connection. Is there a workaround to being disconnected? We cannot intuit this here after poking around the dial-up properties extensively. Thanks!

    Look in network and sharing center. I think you'll find the toggle to keep the connection open in there.
