I click on switch between windows, but I only get a small window with icons
of the windows I opened. Is there a way to get the Flip 3D windows?

You use the Windows key + the tab key.
If that doesn't work, do you have Aero enabled?

    Hello Lavin,

This feature is part of the Aero feature in Vista. It will need to be
enabled before the Flip-3D (Switch Between Windows) will work. Double
check to make sure that you have the latest graphic drivers installed,
you have updated your WEI score, and that you have a Windows Aero color
scheme selected in Advanced Appearances (Personalize).

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

It sounds like you may need to install the latest graphics driver. What
graphics card or chip do you have, or what brand and full model number
    of computer do you have?
