    Hi,

I'm using Survey Monkey and I'm stumped attempting to insert a Question Skip Logic so that upon clicking No in Q3, it transfer to Q19 in the survey. Upon attempting this, it came with an 'error' titled Circular Logic. So I understood that to be that Q19 had to be on a seperate page so I then out a Page Break to put the latter question on a different page.

Then attempting it again, it says Logic Applied: Changes for this question will be limited.

I've done a Preview yet upon clicking on Next all it does is go to the next page and to question three rather than to 19!

It's frustrating it doesn't allow it automatically scroll to the question you want to transfer it to or make it more easier to do.

    Any help appreciated.

    Know nothing about this product.
They must have a help center, Floyd.
Maybe the free version doesn't work as good as the Pro version.

Yes, I've had a search through its Help Centre but no joy resolving it yet. I've got a paid version as well which should give me the various different adjustments to make to my survey. Will have a look and see if there's anyway I can get some help on this.

Man, such a fool I am! It turns out after getting advice from SM, that what I had done was correct from a technical point of view. However, what I wasn't understanding and what was making me get irritated, was that when you re-direct a question and thus skipping a large part of the survey, it re-populates the survey question numbers so what I hoped to see was Q19 however it was the right question but renamed as Q3 which I couldn't fathom through my anger and irritation - gah!
