SP2 startup is very slow loading

Ever since I installed SP2 for vista, I logon to my account and its like
the computer is not responding the performance is very poor and I hardly
have anything loading, and I have done the msconfig and looked at my
services but I cant seem to find anything else that will make it go slow
any ideas?.
I all so will try 'Windows Vista Service Pack 1 Service Configurations
by Black Viper' (http://www.blackviper.com/WinVista/servicecfg.htm) and
see now it goes.

Uninstall SP2. If all reverts back to normal speed, try re-installing but
temporarily disable your anti-virus beforehand..
