Shutter Encoder

    Windows 7
    I have Shutter Encoder and I go to Download a Tech Video from YouTube.

    I have Bad Eyes so I Download how to do things and Listen to them.

    It tells you Download is 100%.

    I did change my Download Folder and the Video is not in it.

    Does anybody know what is going on?
