Should I upgrade my graphic card?

I'm not currently home to fully post what all the components I used in my build, but my current graphic card is a Geforce GT 730, and I'm afraid it's bottle-necking my PC. I've looked online, but all the articles are vague and I would rather have a real person telling me what they think.

When I get home I will add processor and such, but I want to know if in general this graphic card is good for playing current games on at least decent settings.

(I'm kind of new to computers, so if I forget to add anything I'm sorry)

Hi and welcome to Computer Help Forums.

Look forward to the specs of your computer.

Interested what speed Ram and how much.

What CPU (Processor) for a start.

The Graphics card is next to useless.

Have a look at the performance Benchmark.

    Here they are.

    Processor - AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six-Core Processor
    RAM - 8174 MB

If I do end up replacing it, is there anything I need to look for when deciding which one to get, or no.

Tempestatem, I suspect Dougie will want to know the RAM speed.

I'm not sure what exactly my budget is. I have some cash saved up and I could get it as a Christmas gift this year.

What would you recommend in the 200-350 dollar range?

Before I make a decision, I notice that the different cards say "Asus GeForce gtx...", or "Zotac GeForce GTX..", is there a difference?

Different companies make the same performance cards. Could be MSI, ASUS, any number of them.
I wouldn't go below a 2 GIG Graphics card. Some cards are now 8 GIG but expensive.
Have a look at the performance Graph I posted. Any about the middle would be OK for what you want.
Then check with 'Newegg" the prices.

Alright, so pretty much any company is compatible with my setup? Thanks for the help.
