Server Board Heatsink Not fitting Properly

I purchased a intel s5000pal Server board, and 2 intel xeon 5160 processors for it, i also ordered this heatsin.

The heatsink i purchased does NOT fit the motherboard at all, it doesnt sit flush against the processor at all, and now looking back i wish i had bought one with a fan on it, could someone recommend me a good heatsink that will fit the motherboard, for a good price

Coolmaster Hyper 212 Evo Heatsink Cooler may be compatible, I am not sure.
Cost me $39 AUD but much cheaper in the US.

 

Are you sure that it will fit the socket 771 processor? will it sit flush on the processor and not lay against other parts on the mobo?

 

I was just reading up. This cooler doesn't list a Socket 771 Processor, Sorry.

Newegg have coolers for Socket 771 Processors.Whether they would fit without fouling I couldn't be sure. Read the details to be sure it is compatible.

i do think that will work, im trying to figure out if my mobo is "dempsey" or "woodbridge"
