What are you using for email, a local client, such as Outlook, or web mail? If web based mail such as gmail's web interface it is not going to work as the system "knows" of no mail client to do the attachment.

    Welcome to the forums! :)

AT&T email or any web mail for that matter will not allow you to associate it. You need to use an email client installed on your computer such as Outlook or Thunderbird. You can download Mozilla Thunderbird from here.... http://www.mozilla.o...US/thunderbird/. After you have set your email client up you will need to open the Control Panel and click on Default Programs and choose your default email client.

Another email client option would be Live Mail. I use Outlook but Live Mail is pretty good.

When installing Live Mail you will be given the option to install other Live components such as Messenger. Just check what you want and leave unchecked what you don't.

I've never used Thunderbird so can't say but Live Mail should automatically do the association for you so the right click function operates properly.

An easy method I use it to open your file explorer, go to C drive, search for "sendto", , open the sendto file, and add your own folder. I keep a shortcut to the custom folder on my desktop for easy access. There's a lot of info online, so just use your search engine for other methods.

Hi Geno. You don't have to add the "Send To" It's already there.

All you have to do is hold down the "Shift" key, then right-click on a file and access the "Send To" folder.
You will see a whole bunch of new items in the list, like special folders and all your Options.

I haven't tried Coyote's method as yet so try that also.

There was no need to start a new topic with the same name and the same issue. I have merged them into one.
