    Morning all
I have been told my keyboard is scrambled
It has started happening since I have tried using Firefox
It means I cant put the correct numbers into any of my Requests for identification
BTW I never got firefox to work correctly mind it has really got me around my computer
Not positive but think it only happens in Google Chrome if I switch to EDGE it seems ok

That's weird. Does the keyboard work properly in a word processor application? If it does, we have to look at Firefox settings.

Check out this response on Firefox's support forum. You may have to reset your keyboard layout for Firefox.

THe key board does not play up if I use EDGE only google chrome
I think your yellow box above refers to older windows7/8
I am sure the answer will turn up

You can try resetting Firefox. Do that by going to the three horizontal lines at the top right of Firefox's screen.
    Click on the ? Help
    Click on Troubleshooting Information
There are two buttons at the top.
    Try Restart with Add-ons Disabled.
If that doesn't do it, try Refresh Firefox.

It's the same as what I have on my W10 machine. I have no issue with Chrome.

    Did you reset Chrome.

Never mind resetting Chrome. I forgot that you're talking Firefox. Reset Firefox.

I bought a new keyboard earlier to day no problem getting it to work
when i tried a new installation of FF ver 69 I get the same errors that I had on old keyboard
these errors do not appear if I use google chrome or edge
looks like I will have to stick with leaving FF ver 69 alone.
