I have an Older HP Desktop and I am trying to reload a fresh Install from a DVD I purchased online, that claims to suite all versions of Windows 10, I have included the Instructions from the DVD. Also My HP computer formally had windows 10 Home Pro OS that went corrupt, but I believe that resolves the Key Code Issue but I am have trouble Installing, especially getting to the BIO's Change screen! so any help would be appreciated! Thanks John

After researching my HP computer Stats, it says to first tap the ESC. Key and when Startup Window appears, Press the F10 key to Access the BIO's Window, however these are the only two windows that come up, but I see nothing about BIO's in either screen?

Did you press F10? I ask because your first screen shows Computer Setup F10.

According to what I found ESC or F10 are the keys to press when the computer is first turned on to enter the BIOS.

Your screen is a bit hard for me to see but I'll try. I'd move the boot order under UEFI putting Atari CD/DVD drive above Windows Boot Manager in first place. I'd probably also move USB Floppy/CD in 2nd place then Windows Boot Manager would be 3rd. Don't worry, if you have nothing in the internal CD/DVD drive and no USB CD/floppy attached, including bootable USB sticks, then the computer would boot into Windows.

I don't understand what you mean about moving the positions! I am very inexperienced with BIO's! I'm mainly trying to start the Windows 10 DVD to boot up the PC and reinstall Windows 10! This would be a clean install, There is a corrupted OS of Windows 10 on the PC's HD already. I'm including a better Screen image also. The other poster @ghostman1 Mentioned Formatting and honestly I don't know!

Great, you got into the BIOS.
Next - go to the Security menu. I believe that's where you'll find the Secure Boot option. Disable it.

He has a corrupted Windows on the machine. He bought a CD install media. So he needs to boot from the CD to install Windows onto his internal drive. The problem is that he can't boot from the CD.

It looks as though it is already disabled? I press F10 to exit here correct?

With all the problems you've been having, I'd like to know that the computer is seeing the DVD. So I'd disconnect the internal hard drive. Then put the DVD in the tray. Start up the computer. You should see the Windows install menu asking which media you want to install Windows onto.

It can't load files if the internal drive is disconnected.

That's what was showing after I entered the 64 Bit choice! and the Hard Drive is disconnected? I tried restarting it again, but screen now stays black, and sounds like DVD is running?

Re-connect the HDD and restart the computer for clean install.

I reconnected the HDD and restarted the machine, it is now trying to open the corrupted Windows program again, already on the HD, When it fails to Open Windows, It finally goes into Automatic Repair! It is now showing screen message (automatic repair couldn't repair your PC) and is giving the option to shut down or Advanced Options?

So it's booting to the internal drive. We know that you can boot from the DVD (per post #13).

You just need to tell it to boot to the DVD, not the internal drive. See if you can get this menu. You can usually get there by tapping a key during the boot process. Try the ESC key. Then I think you want to select the hp DVDROM. If that doesn't do it, try the ATAPI CD/DVD.

@Tony D I was going along with the Install until I hit this screen, Not sure what to do at this point? Also when I restart the PC, will I have to reset the boot order again?

You do need to select the advanced option and point installation towards Atapi CD/DVD drive.
