    Hi.

A friend is having a problem with his DirectX, and we thought that the best
solution would be reinstalling DirectX10 on his Vista... any idea on how to
    do that?

Reinstall Vista. It is not available separately.

Yeah now come up with a real solution because despite the enormous
ammount of effort that would involve IT DOESNT EVEN WORK. Reinstalling
vista will not affect directx drivers already installed period!
