My "Autoruns" program has about twenty yellow highlighted items. All twenty items are "file not found". Four of them are "Google Toolbar". Should i leave well enough alone? Using windows 7 premium, 64 bit.

Please use extreme caution while using autoruns. It's really is not a program for your average user.
One wrong move, and you can severely mess up your computer.

You shouldn't be playing in there, unless your very experienced.

In startup items, in most cases "File not Found" indicates orphan registry entries still present, but the executables are gone, so you can safely delete them.

In "system 32" you see "File not Found" Don't Delete.
That's about all the advice, I am going to give, without seeing a screen shot of your Autoruns.
