Possibly Damaged Psu?

    A few days ago, after adding in my 1TB drive, I turned my pc on only to see smoke and smell of burnt plastic. After I removed the HDD and cut the burnt cable, I waited 2 days and turned my computer on again. This is what I see.

    Now, I'm pretty sure that 12v is supposed to be around 12v.
    This is practically an entire volt higher. Should I replace the PSU, or is the voltage within some "safe range"?

    Just for our members to be aware: the guy registered as Hitler and when I posted the above he replied in a PM exactly as one would expect Hitler to reply. I have also banned his IP address.

    I am leaving this thread open but locked. I will delete it entirely in a few days.
