Patience about to snap - please help!

Losing patience...

• Bought a game on disc for my PC.
• Discovered PC doesn't have a DVD drive.
• Bought an external DVD drive.
• Tried to install game - discovered I have to create a Steam account to play it.
• Created Steam account, verified email.
• Launch game and get loading screen where I'm asked to enter email and password (presumably my Steam account)
• Enter email and password - told 'Incorrect login details'
• Enter again and again, being especially careful to make sure I'm entering correctly.
• Finally give in and hit 'Forgotten password'.
• Asked to enter email so they can send my password - enter email and told 'Email not recognised'

This feel like one enormous prank intended to make me explode through frustration... and it's working!!!

 

It seems THIS particular log-in page didn't want my Steam details, but for me to register with Calypso - the makers of the game.

Anyway, long story short, I've FINALLY got the thing to run. The graphics aren't as good as I've seen on some gameplay clips, but I suppose I'll have to tweak some setting for that, will I?

try this in the game press the esc key to get to the ingame menu where you will finally find video settings.
