Good afternoon to all my previous experts and perhaps some new ones. Anyone know why it is that when I select an item to print - in this case an information page from my Gas & Elect supplier - another page appears superimposed on the page I want to print and then actually prints out that way? Annoying!

Thank you, Tony D. No, my printer is not a laser printer. It is an inkjet printer and it is brand new - Canon TS3150. But the same thing used to happen with my previous HP2540. Last night my daughter sent me her flight details and although it comprised of 2 pages only the lead-in page prints. The actual flight itinerary would not print nor does the second page appear in the print selection window. Can remote companies dictate what they want printed?

Can you post a photo of the print out? Maybe take a photo of it with a digital camera?
