Trying to help someone with a printing issue from the calendar.

What she cant do is get the appointment to continue printing from the Monday onwards

See appointment from the 27th to the 31st

What wont print is from the 29th to the 31st

It will just appear from the 27th-28th

Previous laptop with Vista was OK

    Thanks

I see the issue. How did you get the pic with the green tick?

Are these two images from different computers?

Does everything show up fine in Print Preview? If so, I'm thinking it's something to do with the print software or print settings.

Forgot to ask, what calendar are you printing from? Is it web-based or is it local to the machine?

    Oh, I see it's Outlook 2007.

In addition to Seth's advice, have you checked for Outlook updates?

Print Preview shows what Outlook will send to the printer, so if that is fine, then it seems to me the problem is in the print options. Especially if regular text stuff prints fine.

Well, I don't use Outlook or any calendars, but that's my best guess.
