Bob, If what Dougie suggested doesn't produce positive change and if your machine will run except in games, download Speccy from Piriform.com. It's a free diagnostic that will give us information about your computer including the status of your HHD.

BTW, I also would uninstall steam at least for now.

With switching the ram card slots the pc turned on and ran normally untill I tried loading a game and noticed it would not load. When I tried to exit the game the pc crashed to blue screen memory dump.

Note: before I tured off the PC the first time to switch the cards it crashed to the same blue screen.

The CPU is running miles too hot,Bob
    Definately a problem there.
Either not enough heatsink paste or Heatsink not seated properly.
Is the heatsink fan spinning as fast as it should.

I also suggest you test the CPU. Download and run this program watching the temps closely.

Are you running any sort of cooler? That's a must with high demand games.

My first observation is that the cpu is running hot. I run the same cpu and my temps are half of yours with a lot of tabs, 2 browsers and several cams up. I suspect, like Dougie, that the cpu gets gradually hotter and shuts down to protect itself. So I would say your cooler is doing something, just not enough.

It can run all night if there isn't much load on the CPU.
I found I must run Heatsink coolers on my i7 pc's, Hyper 212x coolers.
One I run water cooling which is best of all.
Right now as an example this i7 rig is running at 30c
The hottest it will reach under demanding loads is 55c

My favorite air coolers are Noctura (generally available from newegg).
The Noctura I run has dual fans. I have never experimented with water systems, although some here have. But there are many brands and types, hopefully others will speak up.

Bob, one last thought, most Noctura's and many of the larger coolers use a base plate on the underside of the M/B to mount, requiring that you pull the motherboard out of the case. Most of the smaller coolers that do not require a base, like many of the OEM ones, IMO are not worth their salt.

Bob , I have been reminded that some cases have a cutout to allow access to the underside of the M/B. Before you pull the M/B, take the right side of your case off and see if you have one of these cutouts.

    Bob,
evga gtx 1070 looks like a nice card. I will be interested to see how the water cooler performs.

Did about 3 hours of gaming last night and in conclusion there where no crashes. That was testing with just the new water cooler. The new gpu has not been intalled yet due to my limiting power supply.

So in all my problem was the over heating issue. Thank you all for your help in resolving this frustrating issue and giving me my beloved pc back!
