OS to MiniSata

    I purchased a Dell Inspiron 17R 7720 and it came with a 5400 RPM 1TB HDD. I purchased a 64GB MSATA and (2) 7200 RPM 1TB HDDs. When the HDD's arrive and I install them can I use my back up Win 8 disc to install the OS onto the MSATA drive and is there anything specific I need to do to make the system use the MSATA for OS and programs and the HDD's for storage?
