What adapter do I need to use a Thinkpad docking station - SN: M3F07N2B with a Dell Notebook (Laptop)? The issue is that I have 2 Viewsonic monitors that plug into the Thinkpad Docking Station, but my Dell Notebook doesn't fit onto the docking station, as my old work computer did. It just snapped into place and I was able to use both monitors.
The Dell Notebook is made differently so it doesn't sit/fit onto the docking station. Is there an an adapter I can buy that will accommodate what I need?

Hello and welcome, You're not going to get a Dell laptop to fit into a Thinkpad docking station.

I know it doesn't fit "into" the docking station. That's why I was asking if there is an adapter that would allow me to use the docking station because the Viewsonic monitors that I have fit into the ThinkPad docking station that went with my old work computer.

I bought an 11 in 1 Hub, but the USB ports for the monitors is much smaller than the ports on the ThinkPad docking station....they don't fit....so the device I bought is useless.

I guess the question is......What do I need to be able to use the Viewsonic monitors with the large USB cable prongs with my Dell Notebook, so I can have dual monitors like with my old work computer?
