FX 8350 /GTX 1060 6GB is already a bottlenck yes the RTX 2060 would give you DLSS ray tracing is useless unless on a very high-end rig. I test and game all the time. My advice would actually be upgrading your motherboard and processor to at least something like a 2600x/R5 3600/5600x or Intel 10400/11400/10600k and then consider an RTX 2060/RTX 2060 Super. You're that that point as a gamer where you actually need to upgrade your entire platform you could keep your GTX 1060 6GB it's still a good card then upgrade to something like an AMD R5 3600 on sale with a B550 or B450 motherboard and get way more FPS at 1080p without the need for DLSS or ray tracing and then later upgrade to a better card.
