During a heavy process such as opening a new program or a new webpage the case fans turn off and the processor cooling fan gets loud and the monitor turns off. I lose access to it and cant do anything. I have tried multiple monitors. Please help

Since the system is custom built you will need to supply the following:
    Mother board brand and model
    Video card brand and model
    Audio card brand and model
Hard drive type; SATA, PATA, SSD
    Is a RAID array applied
    Power supply output abilities

My first 'gut reaction' response would be to ask if the mother board drivers have been installed.

Can you confirm that all of the mother board drivers have been installed? If not you should have a driver CD for the mother board. Run the CD and install drivers. If they have already been installed this will still not hurt and will cover the first step in troubleshooting.

Also do the same for any driver CDs that you may have for video, audio, etc..

Assuming that everything that has been mentioned checks out OK then it is time to address the heat issue. Immediately upon booting download and install speccy ( http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download ) and let it run. Keep an eye on the temperatures. (The free version will do the job for you )

The fact that the case fan may stop could indicate that the overall temperatures may be ok but that does not account for the heatsink or cpu fan revving up. You computer may be shutting down to protect the cpu from damage. Did you install the cpu yourself or did it come preinstalled on the motherboard? Did you apply thermal paste yourself as sometimes too much can be as bad as too little. It takes very little leakage to cause a CPU to overheat.

    Is that on Idle Temp?
We are happy to help you however we need to know more details than what you posted.
How long has the computer been running when you took that temp, etc.

It had been on for 10 minutes when that was recorded. I had Skype and steam open and nothing else.

60c or 140F does seem on the hot side for a Desktop after 10 minutes and not working hard.
Mine has been on for 12 hrs with multiple Tabs open and the max it ever gets to is 38c as a comparison.

I think you may be right because the Cpu will get very hot. It doesn't make sense though why it would because I have a cooler master 212 Evo which is a very large heatsink fan.

It does make sense because the cooler can't compensate for the heat generated.
I would be removing the heatsink and applying some good quality thermal compound.
You don't need much paste. Just the thinest smear all over.

    This video may help.

    A couple of other Tips.
Make sure your wiring Harness is cable tied and not impeding air flow.
Make sure you have the case fans air directional flow correct.
You may need additional case fans as well if you intend to work this computer hard.
How many case fans has this Tower got.?
If the tower has only one case fan in the rear it should be expelling the hot air out.
If the Tower has side case fans they should be sucking in cool air onto the Mobo.
