Motherboard not receiving power

My motherboard is not receiving power after having it for roughly a year and a half. The motherboard is a MSI z390-a pro. I used it the day before, and it got sent into a boot cycle after a day of not using it. When i tried solving the issue, it wouldn't turn on. I've tested the psu on another pc and i don't believe that's the issue. Any suggestions on how to fix it? I'd like to solve the issue to prevent having to buy a new one/sending it to MSI and waiting a month to have it checked out for warranty.
