Missing star in address bar

    Windows 7
    I am using google chrome and the star for book marking is missing in the address bar. I have gone to google help and it says go to "chrome://flags/#enable-site-per-process" but I can't find it.
    The star is to add bookmarks

    If you don’t find a solution, the keyboard shortcut is Cntl - D.

    Looks like you have to use the “Send to” button. Then Bookmark.
