I got The Blue Screen Of Dead on my other Systems before.

And they Say it may be a bad Memory or Hardware.

And I know they have Memory Testers to Test your DIMMs.

Should I Buy a Memory Tester or are they not that good?

Best test is to remove one RAM board at a time and test the system. This assumes you have more than one board installed.

    You can try memtest. https://www.memtest86.com/

It doesn’t always tell you if you have bad RAM. You’ll have to create a startup disk to run it.
