I am using MWB free and I run a scan every week or so but what do I do with threats? If not in quarantine I put them there but then should I just delete them after a few weeks or try to uninstall them or what? Need to understand threats and what to do with them.
I do not see many found but occasionally I DO. Found a P.U.P. this morning and quarantined it. It says PUP.Op...aArena file in C:\users\wILLIAM 1\DOWNLOADS\PDFIXERS.EXE
I seem able to run scans and occasionally find threats but am unsure what to do about them. Thanks for any advice. Seescreenshot I included below

Is it OK to delete any items found after a few weeks in quarantine? Occasionally it finds something and I put it in quarantine. I read somewhere to put in quarantine and delete after a few weeks.

Yes, I would keep it in quarantine for a week or two and if everything is running as it should be, delete it.

I know I read that somewhere and maybe it was from you. Anyway thank you for the verification. Occasionally it DOES find something or so it says. I take a picture of the Results and keep them in a folder and later delete them if still there and if nothing seems wrong. By no means am I an expert.
