    Hi group!

Generally, I use either Windows or Linux for my computing needs. I've started getting in creating native Apps. For the Google Play store, it doesn't matter what OS. However, looking around the web, I've read that while it may be possible to run the OS in a virtual machine, I'm not sure if that is my best option, so am looking at getting a refurbished Macbook, for XCode.

Now, for the creating and development process, I have an online web platform for handling all of the creation side. However, "you will need access to a Mac with xCode to publish to iTunes."

So, since what I'd only be doing is publishing, would I be able to do this in a virtual machine, or would I actually need a MacBook?

If I need a MacBook, since publishing online would be my main thing, and not actually doing the development offline, would this be enough for that purpose:
