my pc meets the needed requirement for high visual quality, but if i set quality setting to recommended by GeForce experience(it recommends high settings with 1920x1080 resolution), my fps picks at 60 or even lower(40-50).
    Specs for a reference:
    -motherboard-gigabyte b450m ds3h
    -palit 1050Ti
    -i5 8400 CPU 2.80Hz
    -16GB (2 DDR4 8gb)
    -1920x1080 60hz monitor
    -600W power supply.
I think something conflicting with something, i don`t know.
    Help

I am a little lost. The maximum resolution offered by the OS should be the maximum your monitor can support. So for full HD this would be 1920x1080 and typically 50-60Hz. What "visual quality" are you looking for?

I`m looking for an answer is to why is my fps drops from 60 to 40 without a reason at maxim resolution supported by my monitor. Shouldn`t it be stable?

Drops in FPS can be caused by drivers issues, additional graphics settings, and sustained high GPU usage. This typically happens during gaming where high demands on the graphics card force the FPS down. Without knowing exactly when the FPS drops and how you are monitoring this, it would be hard to pinpoint.
