    not sure if this is the right place but I went to open my ipad and it is asking for my password to get into my Belkin range extender now my pc and iphone are connected to it with no problem. so how do I recover my password or replace it

    You should know your wireless network password. Try that.

    If that doesn't work, resetting the router by holding a pin in the reset pin hole for at least 10 seconds will set the extender back to factory condition. The extender will then need to be set up because it won't know the wireless network name or password.
