    Why when I post this Gif as an avatar I lose the animation?
    Both 100x100.I am losing some frames somewhere.

    A bit late now for that particular animation, but for similar animations a few frames taken out in places where it may not matter too much, just might bring the total KB down to acceptable limits.
    For any member looking in, there are many photographic or general graphics programs available for free, that can take an animation apart so each frame can be looked at, then reassembled back to the animation.
    PhotoScape being one I use specifically for that purpose.
