I realize Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft! But I need a backup Windows PC, because I do not like the Linux OS at all! So my question is! I have an HP 6200 Small Form Factor PC, with Linux Mint OS onboard. I also have a CD of Windows XP Pro, Service Pack 3, and I would like to load this program into that PC if possible! ..and if the LINUX Mint OS, needs to be deleted, to do it! that is Not a Problem! Thanks John

Others here can help with dual booting to LINUX and Windows.

You didn't mention if you had a license for that XP Pro copy. You'll need a license.

This is just not my Week! Tony D! Someone from a Old forum had once sent me this single CD of Windows XP, and No I can't find the Key code anywhere! ....So I guess this is already a dead issue?

It's good you did not find the key.
This is probably just SP3 and has to be installed on an already installed version of XP. If it was the entire XP install, it would probably state XP including SP3.

    According to this
    https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02779493
it looks like XP is not supported. That means you might not be able to get drivers for the hardware inside.

I know you said you don't like Linux but you could try this: https://www.windowsfx.org/ It works just like windows 10 but it is Linux kernel based.

Well in that case it surely will not work! this is just a working Hard Drive, I had with LINUX OS on it! What WINDOWS OS was originally on it, I don't know! ...I just want to put some version of Windows back on it!

What I don't like about LINUX is, it seems you practically have to be an IT, to use it, because every time you want to change something you have to use Command Prompts! where as Windows is far more user friendly! at least it seems that way to me! This looks Interesting! the Link you sent me,https://www.windowsfx.org/ ...I could install this alongside the Linux Mint I presently have on there? and I guess I can try the Free Version first?
