Laptop identification

    Hi Thanks for reading I have a lenovo laptop and want to identify the model number. The markings on the back have rubbed away, all i can see are the numbers lenovo e302338
    The battery is dead and there is no charger. Do you know the model, and which charger would work with this laptop

    Thanks ! It's definetly a lenovo, stated on the front. I looked on the back trying to find any markings, most have rubbed away with age, all i can find is e302338
    I've tried searching for lenovo e302338 but found nothing

    Ask her if she saved any papers that came with the laptop. It would have a model on it so no one has to guess. Also ask her to try and locate the charger.
