keep getting pop up message I want to delete.

    For the last few days each time I boot up my desktop I have been getting a pop up message "Please restart background service" It is annoying and I would like to know how to get it off my system please (windows 10).

    any help appreciated.

    Also, are you running a VPN?

    Thanks for response. I have altered the settings on my VPN and it seems to have done the trick.
