Is There Such Thing AS A Batch Or Bulk .url Shortcut Case Conversion Tagger?

I have saved YouTube video links in a desktop folder for 10 years and I am wondering if there is such thing as a .url shortcut tagger similar to the program mp3tag, I have not been able to find one anywhere on the web. Maybe I am using incorrect search terms but I have had no luck.

MP3Tag has an option to add thousands of .mp3 files and then select the "Case Conversion" feature. The case conversion feature automatically changes the first letter of ever word in the title of the .mp3 file to a capital letter and then changes all the rest of the letters in each word of the .mp3 title to lower case.

MP3tag Case Conversion Examples:

Before: THE DaVe MaTThews Band - crash into ME.mp3
After: The Dave Matthews Band - Crash Into Me.mp3

Before: the PRETENDERS - BraSS in PockeT.mp3
After: The Pretenders - Brass In Pocket.mp3

Proposed URLtag Case Conversion Examples:

Before: Particle fever - ThE HuNt for the HIGGS BOSON (BBC) 2014.url
After: Particle Fever - The Hunt For The Higgs Boson (Bbc) 2014.url

Before: SECRETS OF THE COSMIC UNIVERSE - documentary (NOVA) 2016.url
After: Secrets Of The Cosmic Universe - Documentary (Nova) 2016.url

Me either lol Thank you for your reply. I have spent the last couple weeks sorting the folder of links and having to find replacements for many of the videos because the links are dead, but more importantly I have been making a list of all the documentaries we have watched so we can purchase them.

Anyways, I guess in the big picture the urlTagger isnt really necessary its just my ocd when I open the folder and it drives me nuts seeing all of the title non-uniformity lol Now that I have typed it out loud it sounds even sillier. After what the MP3Tag did for our music collection though, I wanted to know if we could do it for our link collection. MP3Tag also has a feature to remove the underscores between each word in the song title (or video title) it also tags .mp4 and .mkv.

No no, you have helped. You are the second forum who have indicated that it (URLtag) might not even be a real thing yet lol. At least now I know it wasn't that my search terms that were stifling the results, and now that I have asked in a few different places maybe somebody will see it who knows of one or who is smart enough to build it lol.

Again its not a life or death thing its just an ocd thing. Though I do wish that I was a bionic programmer, then I could just mumble/complain the entire time about disorganized folder shortcuts while I am creating my brand new URLTag software lol Cheers.
