    Hi all

So i have this Toshiba POS system that i bought from an auction. Now the problem is this: this system (toshiba st-c10) has an internal printer that is attached directly to the motherboard.

The only thing is that i can’t install this printer because: 1) I don’t know which driver to install, 2) When the system is on, and i connect/disconnect the internal printer the system doesn’t react, 3) If i want to add a printer manually, i have to select the port on which the printer is attached and I don’t know which one this is.

    Any help very much appreciated!

    Thanks

Hi! First of all thanks for the help!

The thing is that i don't know anything about this internal print system (don't know any modelnumber etc). Also, the drivers on the website are for printers that aren't built in.. These are seperate printer drivers.

    Thanks

Yeah, I see on the info page that it's an internal printer.
    http://www.toshibatec.com/products_overseas/pos_system/touch_pos/st_c10/

At the bottom of that page is a link to drivers which take you back to that first link I posted http://www.toshibatec.com/download_overseas/

Click on the first icon - POS Driver and Tool. From there you can select your model number and ask for the printer driver. Problem is I don't see ST-C10 in the list of models. I do see a selection for WILPOS C10. Try that.

I already downloaded these drivers, all of them.
That is when trouble starts: when i download the windows printer drivers, the manual tells me to manually add a printer. One of the steps to follow is to choose a port option in the dropdown list. The manual says: "Select ‘Use the following port’ option and select the appropriate port from the dropdown list. " The thing here is I don't know which port is the appropriate one..
