Installer keeps looking for non-existent drive

    Everytime windows downloads updates and starts to install them, I get a
    window telling me the "feature you are trying to use is on a network resource
    that is unavailable".
    It points to a non-existent "o:" drive and asks me to enter an alternate path.

    Any suggestions as the o: drive doesn't even show up in explorer or in Disk
    Management part of Administrative tools.

    That usually is referring to where the person who originally installed
    an application kept the install files, typically when done from a network
    drive.

    BTW which update are you trying to install?
