    Menu adjustment refers 'Use +/- buttons'
    Where are these buttons , not on monitor
    How do make adjustments on moitor?

    If you don't have a physical +/- button, then go into the menu and you should see those buttons on the screen.

    The plus +/- buttons may also be the volume up and volume down button (whether or not they are physical buttons or something you press on the screen).
