I NEED HELP GTA V CANT LAUNCH

    So, I am running Win 10 64bit, it is compatible with my specs
    I managed to play it before but now suddenly I Can't and it says this app Can't run on pc..bla bla contact ...

    Just because you managed to play it before, doesn't mean that your computer spec's meet the hardware requirements.
    Keep in mind, these are the minimum requirements.

    What changes have you made to the system?

    Windows 10 is famous for installing drivers and or changing drivers.

    Maybe when you get the power supply replaced with a better one that may help.

    Has Grand Theft Auto Five ever ran on ultra or did it just run and now you are trying to get it to run on ultra?

    Also do you know what is running in the back ground on the system that may be causing issue?

    The other thing you may want to do is upgrade from the 8 GB ram to more.

    Windows uses some of the RAM for windows things then what ever programs are running use some if it, then the game which requires 8 GB RAM does not have access to the complete 8 GB only to what is left.

    There is no problem on Gta v, I run in on ultra all the time (almost- some extended things off) on 60fps all the time.

    In the background there is...
    Nvidia driver
    Windows stuff...
    Fraps..
    I am pretty shure this ain't ram problem, I am shure this is a psu problem, GTA V doesnt have a problem ASSASSINS CREED unity uses full capacity and it needs Power which my psu cannot provide.

    Have you tried uninstall/reinstalling GTA?

    Also check AV, FireWall and other security software could be some there that is blocking it form running.

    I fixed that lol, made a new account on windows.
    Now it Works, other thing is that Assassins Creed unity won't run. Some other day I run it and it runned for 10 min, theb my pc restarted. I WILL GET A NEW PSU.
