I installed Sumatra because I did not know if I could get Acrobat Reader to work again. Now that I do have Adobe Acrobat Reader again I would like to uninstall Sumatra from 64bit Dell Windows 7 laptop. How do I do this? I have not uninstalled anything recently and am unsure how to do so.

I seem to have quite a few PDF files. I am certainly no expert and must have made MANY but now forgot what I did. But it seems GONE now.

Now I am not sure if I have Adobe Acrobat Reader 32bit or 64 bit or how to tell. The one on my start menu says 32 bit but it does open my PDF files. What should I do??? The file in C-drive says AcroRd32. But the Dell Inspiron 5040 says it is 64bit.

I think I managed to uninstall Sumatra but now it says I have Adobe Acrobat Reader which when opened it shows all my PDF files and DOES open them if I try to open any. It SEEMS to WORK right now. At least they all seem to still be on the computer. I do not see Sumatra anymore so I guess I must have successfully removed it. I just wanted to make sure I had a way to read any PDF I wished to at the moment if need be. Thank you. I haven't used these things in a long while and after a llong time one forgets how.

In Uploaded File it shows the MY ADOBE ACROBAT READER.TXT File. it looks like it says it is for 32 and 64 bit systems. And it does seem to open the files. But I cannot seem to open the file in the Post. See below where it says Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit).

    · 1.5 Gigahertz processor

    · Microsoft® Windows Server® 2008 R2 (32 bit and 64 bit) or 2012 R2 (64 bit); Windows 7 (32 bit and 64 bit); Windows 8 (32 bit and 64 bit); Windows 8.1 (32 bit and 64 bit)

It DOES seem to open the PDF files I have saved. Am I correct and it WILL open the 64 AND 32 bit files???
For some reason I cannot open the Notepad file in the Post.

I believe I should have posted this in a new thread, like an "ADOBE ACROBAT READER THREAD". SORRY.
